#10. Frankfurt Airport (FRA)
- Easy transit between terminals and amazing options in shopping and dining
- One of the best places to have a layover with shower facilities, unlimited free Wi-Fi, and a 45 minute “Airport Experience Tour”
- FRA is the fourth largest airport in Europe and has become more user-friendly over the years

Heathrow and Frankfurt!?!?! Bullox. You may be writing for the high end jet setters but even this business class traveler had a bag left in London which took two days to reach our eventual location in Israel’s Kineret. As for Frankforts ease of transit between terminals….pack a lunch. It’s a long walk from International Arrives to the domestic gate.

I can most definitely agree, its recently gone through some heavy changes and boy are they good. Security is now much better as you don’t need to take anything out. A lot of shops, plenty of restaurants and best of all, you’re not walking a mile to get to your gate. Everything is at its doorstep. Even the train and rental car services are onsite. A wonderful place to fly through.

Whaooo!!!! I wish I could understand on what criteria these evaluations have been made. And how many airports the writer visited to put some of these top 10 airports in the above list. Did he go to Beijing? This article is off the mark and non-sense. Is it not what we call a “fake News”?

Frankfurt? Got lost on the way from international arrivals to Domestic departure and with only 35 mins between flights we inevitability missed our connection. Net result – extra £1000 for two tickets to London City. I will NEVER use Frankfurt or the Etihad alliance again.

Ha ha ha ha!
Heathrow is a disgrace. A national shame. Just fly to or from Hong Kong to or from Heathrow and, if you are English, your toes will curl with embarrassment and shame.
If you are going to spend any money at an airport, spend it in Hong Kong or Singapore or the like. At least you don’t get ripped off and their environments are very pleasant in comparison.
