#7. Chia Seeds

  • Chia seeds are about 20% protein. 1 ounce will give you about 5 grams of protein.
  • Also known for being a healthy fat and great source of omega-3
  • Great source of antioxidants
  • Try them in your water! Chia seeds are able to absorb the water, making them easy to drink.
  • Also taste great in oatmeal, or as a chia seed pudding (just add milk!)
